AMD SDK Installer is a package that provides you the AMD APP SDK 3.0 Beta for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows. It includes samples for OpenCL as well as accelerated libraries such as the Open Source C++ template library called “Bolt” and the OpenCL accelerated OpenCV (Open Computer Vision) library.
